This is one of the best soup recipes on the planet! We love it, and it is super easy to prepare. Just throw it all into the pot and that's it! It makes a lot of soup, so it's perfect when you are having a bunch of people over.

Ingredients
2 Whole Chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
garlic pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes
15 ounces ranch style beans
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 envelope Ranch dressing mix

Instructions
Boil chicken breasts in a large pot. Sauté onions, bell peppers and garlic pepper (to taste) in olive oil. Add chicken, taco seasoning, beans, tomatoes and cilantro. Bring to a slow slimmer for at least 20 minutes. This soup is great topped with tortilla chips, grated cheese, sour cream, and avocado.

Got Leftovers?
Use the leftover soup to make some amazing quesadillas! Strain as much of the liquid as you can from the soup. Then spread the mixture between tortillas with grated cheese and brown in a skillet. Then top with salsa, sour cream, etc. Mmmm...who's hungry? :)

Dixiebelle Recipe Tips
Ranch Dressing with a Twist
Sometimes all a good recipe needs to be great is one unexpected ingredient! Try making your own ranch dressing from the packet (this is easy, folks - you just add milk and mayonnaise) then for amazing flavor, add a little dill weed. It really adds a lot to an already great dressing or dip, and your guests will think it's your own special recipe!
The Perfect Hard Boiled Egg
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Set on stove and bring to a boil. Once the water comes to a boil, remove from heat, cover and let stand for 12 minutes. That's it! You'll have perfectly boiled eggs with light, fluffy yolks and no green edges.
Always Add More Chocolate!!
If a recipe calls for chocolate chips or candy bar chunks, go ahead and increase the measurement by 1/2 or more, if you dare! Because if a little chocolate is good, more is better, right?
Note: I have already adjusted the recipes on my site to include the extra chocolate.
